Pilot Participation Agreement

Conditions for organizations testing competition and broadcast workflows before general availability.

Purpose

The pilot exists to validate safety, usability, data accuracy, operational reliability and low-resource delivery. It is not a promise that every experimental capability is production-ready.

Participant commitments

  • Nominate accountable operational and safeguarding leads
  • Use fictional or consented data during rehearsal
  • Complete readiness and backup checklists
  • Report defects, incidents and near misses promptly
  • Maintain conventional timing, results and recording backups
  • Participate in a post-event review

Service limits

Pilot services may be changed, paused or withdrawn when reliability, safety, privacy or integrity cannot be assured. Experimental streaming, payment and automation capabilities must not be the sole system of record.

Acceptance

Each pilot order or participation record must identify the parties, event, dates, approved services, data responsibilities, support expectations, insurance requirements, applicable liability terms and authorized representatives.
