Cancellation and Refund Policy

Rules for event passes, subscriptions and service cancellations.

Activation of paid services

ParaSports Connect will not collect payment until checkout, entitlement, receipt, failure and refund controls have passed release testing and the applicable offer is marked available.

One Event Pass

Before event configuration begins, a purchaser may request cancellation and a full refund. After substantial setup or publication begins, refunds may be reduced to reflect delivered services, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund a completed billing period unless required by law or the service was materially unavailable.

Event cancellation

Organizer entry-fee refunds remain the organizer's responsibility unless ParaSports Connect expressly acts as merchant of record under a separate agreement.
