  • Adults acting for minors must have appropriate authority and consent
  • Accounts may not be transferred or shared to evade role controls

Platform role

Organizer responsibility

  • Obtain sanctions, permits, insurance and qualified personnel
  • Publish accurate eligibility, classification and event information
  • Protect athletes and comply with safeguarding obligations
  • Approve schedules and results before publication
  • Maintain backup procedures and an emergency event plan

Prohibited conduct

  • False entries, credentials, classifications or results
  • Unauthorized access, scraping, interference or security testing
  • Harassment, discrimination, exploitation or unsafe content
  • Uploading medical evidence into unrestricted fields
  • Using athlete images or broadcasts without appropriate authority

Availability and change

Services may be changed, suspended or limited for maintenance, safety, security, legal compliance or pilot evaluation. No feature should be represented as guaranteed until it is marked production-ready.

Liability and disputes

Services are provided subject to applicable law and any additional written commercial agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Disputes should first be raised through the published support or trust contact so that an appropriate resolution process and applicable jurisdiction can be identified.
