World Rowing lists seven Indoor Adaptive Rowing categories. Athletes without an existing classification must supply the indoor Medical Diagnostics Form and supporting evidence. Existing Para rowing, Invictus, Virtus or IBSA eligibility can support a request for the corresponding category, subject to the published mapping. This is a newly verified deadline alert; it does not establish when the requirements changed.

- Athletes and administrators: check the correct category and submit through World Rowing before the relevant deadline.
- Coaches: distinguish indoor categorisation from on-water classification when planning entries.
